Enrolment

Looking to Enrol?

Kindergarten 2025 enrolments are still open - enquire directly at the school office.

Kindergarten 2026 enrolments are now open, although our plans for information and transition sessions are still being planned

Information Evening

This is usually in June on an evening and it will focus on providing information to any families looking to enrol their children into Kindergarten. Families several years away from enrolment into Kindergarten may also attend for interest.

Transition Sessions

To any parents with children starting Kindergarten in 2025, if you haven’t already, please enrol so that you can benefit from our transition afternoon coming up.

We’re excited that our transition afternoons are fast approaching and wanted to let you know what is happening so you can be prepared.

We have planned the sessions, likely in November, for students and parents alike. Students will enjoy some time in kindergarten classrooms, where they will be supported in several activities under the supervision of the 2025 and 2026 Kindergarten teams to understand what kindergarten will look like. Simultaneously, parents will receive information sessions in the school hall to give you as much information as possible about transition and the school. In our second session on 28 November, we will focus on learning with lots of information about how best to support your child's learning in the first year.

Session 1 - 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm

  • Meet at the school entrance for the K-2 side - Gate 3, where you will be met by office staff and Year 5 students (next year's buddy students) who will take your child to their classroom for the session. Parents will go to the school hall where at 1 pm they will start the information session. Children will be brought to you after the session at 2:30 p.m.

  • Bring your fed enrolled child (this is a requirement for duty of care purposes), no food, a drink bottle and yourselves.

  • The information session will tell you about the school, uniforms, communication, what transition is like and how to manage it before, during and after the first day. We will also have the office discuss important school routines, such as the P&C discussing their role in the school and information about Scripture and Ethics options.

  • You will also have a chance to book an interview with our principal.

Session 2 - 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm

  • Meet at the school entrance for the K-2 side - Gate 3, where you will be met by office staff and Year 5 students (next year's buddy students) who will take your child to their classroom for the session. Parents will go to the school hall where at 1 pm they will start the information session. Children will be brought to you after the session at 2:30 p.m.

  • Bring your fed enrolled child, no food, a drink bottle and yourselves

  • The information session will tell you how to support your child in their first year of schooling, including what to know about how we teach reading, writing, speaking and listening, and mathematics. You’ll learn about the evidence behind working closely with the school to support learning.

Other Important Transition Events

  • Open Day - Third Week in Term 3 - 9:30 am to 12:00 noon
  • Christmas Concert - Week 9 in Term 4 - 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
